Job Description

Following are the responsibilities:

● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
● Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best of your best ability
● Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
● Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
● Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
● Manage a team of junior customer service representatives
● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Ultimately, we are looking for highly driven candidates who can develop and implement growth
opportunities in existing and new markets.

Job requirements

● High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
● Personable, attentive and assertive
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Strong verbal communicator
● Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
● Knowledge of applicable products and markets
