The Challange
The management team of Samson Group Corporate Services had no transparent way of monitoring the tasks that are being performed by the teams. There were many inefficiencies and surplus staff but no proper way of justifying changes to be implemented to the teams.
The Solution
Our team gave them access to Collabsee our project management and timesheet management tool. Using this tool each employee can enter the tasks they work on daily along with the associated project.
The Result
Management now has an easy way of monitoring what their teams are working on and the time spent on each task. This has enabled them to make key decision on the structure of some of teams by enabling job sharing and also reducing some of the surplus staff. Both productivity and efficiency has been increased in the company.
