•Maintaina positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

•Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best of your best ability

•Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

•Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

•Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

•Managea team of junior customer service representatives

•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Job requirements

•High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
