The Challange

Due their size, AIA had issues managing the vast number assets in their company. Manual process were deemed inefficient and required many people to get involved to manage this process.

Capturing the company’s IT and technical issues was also a challenge for the team.

 

The Solution

Our team implemented Our team developed a Business Process Automation solution for the team to manage their assets efficiently. Another solution was developed as a Helpdesk system to manage all the IT and technical issues that are raised by the staff.Sales function. Using the analytics features, the Customer was able to filter, drill down and retrieve all the insights they required in order to make informed decisions with regard to their sales function.

The Result

Using the developed solutions there team is now able to efficiently maintain their assets as well as monitor and resolve their internal IT and technical issues.
